The work starts before the first quote arrives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An apartment becomes vacant on Monday. The property manager or inspector visits the property, takes photos, and records the necessary repairs. The next steps are to prepare a scope of work, find suitable contractors, send requests for quotation, and answer any follow-up questions. Once the quotes arrive, they may not be directly comparable.
